Gee Wiz!!! With all these “Prestigious” names in Information Technology doing all they can to monopolized our IT Consulting Industry……..while driving down our hourly rates…….. and ……. shipping as many jobs as they can offshore….it’s enough to drive one crazy!!!! With Peningo, we can reverse this trend, by cutting out these “Prestigious Ones”. Let’s fight back by Outsourcing the Outsourcers!
It is the opinion of Peningo Systems, that our Consulting and Contracting IT Industry is slowly being monopolized by the larger IT organizations. Many of these organizations are some of the more prestigious “NAMES” in Information Technology Consulting. At Peningo, we often refer to these prestigious “NAMES” in IT as the “Prestigious Ones”. The more control these entities have over our industry, the more we see a decrease or stagnation in our rates and salaries for IT related work. Outsoucing and Offshoring is just one of the many tools that these entities are using to gain control over of the IT Consulting Industry.Our mission at Peningo is to reverse this trend, while putting the “End” Client in direct contact with the IT Consultants they truly are seeking without going through these larger entities (Prestigious Ones), who’s mission is to monopolize the end product .
The Time has come to go direct to the “End Client” and bypass these “Prestigious Ones”!

Yes, the Outsourcer have gone too far, they’re Offshoring as many IT jobs as they can to support their operations in the USA without ever paying for the payroll taxes (ie. Federal, State, FICA, Medicare and in some case local city taxes) that Americans pay!!!! We as Americans cannot allow this to happen any more!! Who is going to pay for America?
To me, the concept of Offshoring IT Jobs is one of the greatest Tax Evasion schemes of all time!
The outsourcing of IT jobs is cheating the End Clients who are presented with reduced choices that may fit into the Large IT organizations mark-up schemes, closing the possibility of giving access to the End Client of excellent USA talent that are compliant with all the USA laws.
The States have defined taxable, all income that is derived from Business that the recepient of the services is located within the boundaries of the State. For example if the Consultant resides in New York and the services are provided in California, such services would be taxable in California.
Now enters the outsourcers and like the example above the consultant instead of residing in New York resides for example in New Delhi India. Still the services recipient is within the boundaries of California, yet believe it or not California is cheated of that tax base. I agree with the suggested response “Outsource the Outsourcers”
